    4. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    5. Payment Terms

    Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to the client. However, we retain the right to use anonymized excerpts for quality improvement and training purposes.

    We strive to deliver all work within agreed timelines. Delivery schedules may be affected by:

    • Client delays in providing required information
    • Scope changes requested by the client
    • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

    9. Revisions

    Our revision policy is outlined in our Revision Policy. Limited revisions are included as per the service agreement.

    10. Refunds

    Refund eligibility and procedures are detailed in our Refund Policy.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    Thesis Ace Writers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

    12. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

    13. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
